Live In Hope
About
To God be all the Glory. He put this desire in my heart, gave me a vision to begin a blog for those diagnosed with cancer. After I set this up in 2022 and suddenly going through many challenges, He never took the desire from me. So, first things first!! I want to thank God for the vision, the refinement, the pruning, and the return.
Hello, my name is Cheryl. I am a cancer survivor, and I say this because defining survivor, for me is not what I want the medical profession to report. I know and am convinced that God has the final say in my life no matter the circumstance or the incidents.
I have been in this cancer thing (journey) since 2019, and I know I am not the only one who has continued to survive with the difficulties. As patients of this disease or even other sicknesses and diseases we tend to look at the word survivor as though it has a meaning of nonexistence. But it means: to remain alive or in existence: live on; to continue to function or prosper; to continue to function or prosper despite hardship (Merrian-Webster Dictionary, online 2025).

Mission
The mission is to encourage and support others who may be struggling with cancer, or another disease that leaves you with uncertainties. To encourage you to stay grounded on a firm foundation that will allow you to experience the best life possible.
LIVE IN HOPE
Vision
So how will I encourage you? With the Word of God, prayer and the most personal encouragement the Holy Spirit gives me. Hope is your future and with faith in God’s Word you will find the most comfort and support. And those who believe in and trust God know He is a comforter, a healer, a deliverer, and He gave His best so we could have His best.
Without faith you have no hope
